About Gina Jones


I have had the awesome blessing of building a career in the fitness industry. For over 30 years I have worked with people who needed the assistance to improve their health. As a personal trainer, I not only create a workout for individuals, but also develop a weight management program as well.

In my studio I have group classes designed to enhance the cardio or aerobic benefits of exercise as well as tone and develop lean muscle mass.

I really enjoy my job! My Students are wonderful. Some of us have been working out together for 15 years! Isn’t that great???
